Privacy notice

This notice covers two things: the business contact information we use for outreach from hiflowaudit.com, and what this website itself does with data. The controller is SET PACE HOLDINGS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID 2026-002029685), whose registered address is 6511 NW 87th Ave #CLI420587, Miami, FL 33178, USA.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, images or video players. Every asset is served from this domain.

The call recording is a self-hosted MP4. It downloads only when you press play. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention.

The booking button takes you to Cal.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy notice. We do not receive anything from Cal.com until you complete a booking.

Outreach: what we hold

• Business name, business email address, business phone number
• Job title, company website, trade, city and state
• Publicly posted company signals, such as an open job listing or a public business licence record
• Whether you replied to, booked from, or opted out of an email we sent

We collect business contact details, not consumer data. We do not use open-tracking pixels or click-tracking links in our outreach email. We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not collect information about anyone under 18.

Where it comes from

Public business records, public company websites, public professional directories, and licensed business-data providers. We do not buy consumer marketing lists.

Why we use it

To send a small number of relevant business-to-business emails about AI phone and video agents and the automation that connects to them, and to respond if you reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in offering relevant business services to businesses. You can object at any time, and objecting always wins.

Opting out

Every email tells you to reply STOP. A reply of STOP, unsubscribe, or remove suppresses you immediately and permanently. You can also email unsubscribe@hiflowaudit.com. We honour every opt-out within 10 business days at the outside, and in practice within one business day. Once you opt out we retain only the minimum record needed to ensure we never contact you again.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that operate the pipeline on our behalf: our email provider (Google Workspace), our email-verification provider, and our calendar booking tool (Cal.com). They process data under contract and only on our instructions. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

• No engagement after a sequence ends: deleted within 12 months
• Active conversation or client relationship: kept while it is live
• Opt-out record: kept indefinitely, purely to enforce the opt-out

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to the processing. Email amber@hiflowaudit.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
